The Ezama of Benin is a loyal subject of the Oba of Benin.
He holds the 5th most powerful title in the Benin Kingdom (which comprises the entire Edo state and beyond).
What is this stupid comment about his chair: "king chair".

The Ezama of Benin was made Ezama by Omo n'Oba n'Edo.

Did you actually need to use the name "bini".
That is the word coined by yoruba for the Edos who live in Benin City.
My grandmother never used that word, all she ever said was Edo !
Let us not let some outsiders (ijaw, yoruba) devide us.
Names of cities within a kingdom have turned into names of tribes, smh.

Our fathers. our history n origin are well written n recorded from time to time, our kings kept records for us n each king keeps on keeping up with our origin n history. we're the oldest urhobo group, J.S Hubbard's book on the "Sobo People Of Niger Delta" n my father's book "The Urhobo Clans & Kingdoms" written by my dad HRM Onajite Adjara 111 (JP) n his co-author Andy Omokri will give u more information about us. we're 4 brother kingdoms n the oldest urhobo group, also the largest. other smaller kingdoms like oghara, jesse, mosoga,agbasa etc are grand children of Orowa and they came from the four brother kingdoms

Ogor is the eldest, followed by Agbarha (wer the Ibrus are from), then Ughelli the 3rd son and Orogun kingdom their last n only sister. their father's ancestral ground is located in ogor kingdom were d kings of the other brother kingdoms come to pay him homage and a priest consults the father on behalf of the entire kingdoms. we keep history! Fake king of Benin.........this so called Esama is trying too hard to usurp the kingship title of Benin because of money. Is this supposed to be a palaceno wonder the royal family has alienated him.

First of all our ancestors couldn't write, so the story of keeping records makes no sense.
Although Oba Ovonramwen's palace had some bronzes which were telling the history of the Kingdom.
Also, the origin of the person writing a document doesn't matter, what matters is the date at which the document is written.
A lot of story tellers are writing stories today about things they allege happenes 600 years ago, and they don't back that up with historical documents (which would be dated t 600 years ago), that kind of story can not be called history.
