Most rice that come in from ceme are rebagged.

They pour rice in tyres and strange places to evade customs and then pour bag into those sacks and seal them back.

If you live around agbara badagry you will understand.

If you don't eat our local rice or you are not sure your rice was not opened and packaged in bits then this is most likely how it was done.

Its most likely won't be low quality rice but what it has passed through would most likely make it unfit for consumption.

Same happened to me too. I bought caprice and when I opened it, I discovered it was short grins and I have to take it back to the seller.
