SPEED!!! We've heard lots of people say speed kills. But yet, some folks keep speeding even above a car's speed intervals on the dashboards.

Some have even said speeding above 100km/hr, is getting into the REDLINE region.

But considering that German made cars have being known to be designed for PERFORMANCE, and not for economy (you might disagree), owners of these cars, have being known to accelerate and drove such brands as a sport!

According to them, German cars are stable under such a tremendous speed, than Asian made cars.

So, what do you've to say?

What's the speed limit, you've ever run, and on what brand?

I have attained 200km/hr once but for a duration of less than a minute, Honda 07 (discussion continues). I really wanted to know how it feels like but since then, na between 120 and 140 max, I no fit shout.

Nothing bro, na just fear make me discontinue. Glasses were wound up, if you are in the car, you won't even know, it's just the speedometer I relied on.

200 km/hr with Toyota camry big nyash on 3rd mainland bridge at night. That's the highest risk I've ever taken in my driving life. Was racing with my cousin who was using a turbo charged SAAB. Frankly, the car could not go any faster, cos I would have pushed on. My foot was flat down on the pedal. The guy still passed me in the end. Now you can imagine the speed he was on.

It's a 220km/hr car but it never exceeded the 200 mark.

Never tried that again since then.

But bros, how can u be on 180km/hr and still get overtaken by those hummer bus na, they hardly exceed the 120-140km/hr mark. I doubt you got your readings right, or perhaps u were reading in miles and not km

I don't understand what u mean by "pick Camry", is it that Camry is the best car or you're saying Camry is an under performer

Whichever the case, from what you're saying about Benin-ore I'm almost certain you're not as versed a traveller on naija highways as I am, and I can tell u authoritatively that no hummer bus has ever overtaken me while I'm on any speed above 130km/hr. They can't really compete with sedans when it comes to highway speeding

If you’re going to do speed abeg carry a heavy car. If not any tiny tilt or vibration on your steering will spell your doom along with anyone else riding with you

I used to use a Camry pencil light.....i enjoyed using that vehicle to travel more than my Honda doc and Honda evil spirit, a good driver with that can out perform the two other cars....
