The new ministry which i have just created is part of the rescue mission as promised during my electioneering campaign from the onset. This to me is part of the promises fulfilled by my administration.
And having created this wonderful Ministry of Happiness and Couples' Fulfillment, I think it would be expedient to create another Parastatal under the direct supervision of this new ministry.
It shall be called "Institute of Fertility and Ejaculation" and will be directly coordinated by my humble self so that the couples' fulfillment aspect of the new ministry can be effectively served"

Why is everybody suprised, Nigeria don cast tey tey and 90% of her citizens are on drugs just to sustain life. There is no sane person here, if you think you want to be sane in an insane environment, then you will remain pepetually poor. That govt is one of them, and these comedy and ways to hang on to power. Before someone like buhari would digest what this man is saying, 2yrs already passed.
