Mine landed today from Jumia. Took 3 weeks to land. After unboxing it, I tried to power it on but d phone refused to power on, then I thought it came with a flat battery. I connected to power source to charge, still refused to charge. Meh!! I was confused and agitated. I was about calling Jumia to harass them of sending a dead phone to me. After like 10 minutes of disorientation period, I removed the phone back cover and lol and behold I saw a tiny tape covering the battery terminal. I removed the tape and suddenly d phone powered on.

That's the first thing you should have done. These removable back cover phones always have a tape that needs to be removed on their battery.

Always check for that foil that covers d battery terminal
