Yes, the over one million homeless people in Kano gave Buhari 1.9 million votes in 2015. By 2019, those that were below voting age in 2015 would have been eligible to vote. So, Buhari is expecting about 2.5 million votes from Kano alone in 2019. Therefore, Atikuchukwu's strategists should strategize well so that they won't commit suicide when they see election results.
