Good evening,please I need help. can anyone help me with information on proper chanels(social welfare),I can follow to give my unborn baby up for adoption,I had my reservations about posting this here,but as it is I don't have any other choice as I don't know who to go through,I want to be at peace knowing the child will be in the right hands..I'm in Lagos. Steps for giving up a child for adoption in Nigeria.

1. Mother must be above 18 years or have a direct relative (parents or siblings) above 18 years to act as guardian.

2. Baby daddy's written consent or his family to give up the child for adoption.

3.Proceed to ministry of youth, sports and social development of your state.

4. They will tell you the rest of the things you need to do.
