Guy dey lie with care na, first of all I ve watched that head transplant video, it was done on two dead bodies. So it's of no significant and secondly it wasnt done in Africa.

kidney transplant is not new in Nigeria even some big private hospitals in Lagos do kidney transplant regularly
the first kidney transplant in nigeria was done as far back 2001 in St Nicholas hospital in Lagos

lasuth did her first transplant around 2015

Why do we forget so easily? Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital (AKTH) conducted the first succesful kidney transplant in Nigeria over a decade ago (2006). Since then, other tertiary hospitals in the country followed the AKTH footsteps. Suprisingly, I saw stories flying this morning that Federal Medical Centre Umuahia recorded "the first succesful kidney transplant in Nigeria". Iko sai Allah!
