I don't think it can't play on marshmallow and nougat. I downloaded it several times and it didn't play. The only time it did, it was kinda reddish.

You may have to move file from your phones to an external storage (SD) or a PC, this is to free up space on your phones for the update.

Ultimate solution is performing a factory reset to free up the phone storage, it will surely update successfully. There was a case in which with free space of 6gb on the phone, the update was unsuccessful until a factory reset was carried out.

please my infinix hot 4 x557 touch pad is misbehaving. it did not fall, it just started like that. the maximize and reverse button only.
initially when it does this I press the power button then unlock it and the touch pad picks up but now the minimize and back button have entirely stopped respondin.

is it a touch pad issue or viral issue. what do I do?

Am using infinix hot 4,ever since I updated to the new update I can't find Data saver on my phone is anybody experiencing this issue..my phone version is 7.0
