Check the affiliate/referral page of any program, if you see any investment program/structure paying affiliates a percentage of investors deposits, congratulation, you have found a ponzi scheme. Because they should be paying affiliates from the profit made on top of the investors deposits. And if you also see an investment program demanding that affiliates pay to promote the company, you have also found a ponzi scheme, because that is what they need to survive.
