my father has no house in the village. He s still living in an olden days building, been left by his father. sometimes when I get to the village, I always feel embarrassed and because of that, I don't usually sleep till the next day. There is a small plot of land within the same vicinity and I believe it may contain 2 rooms.
pls experts in the forum should let me know if the set money will be enough for the project. your comments are highly appreciated.

in bayelsa here boss, I lady collected her mother work benefit, after she has died, the office gave her 5 million. she bought land with 800k and build 2× 2bedroom flat with 4 million.
if she can built 4 bedroom with 2 parlor with 4 million , how then will 2 rooms and a toilet without no parlor amount to 3million. no na.

lemme help wit just a side wall, u can do d rest of d math..
using 180naira cost for a concrete block... room dimension = 3600mm x 3600mm height = 2700mm no of concrete blocks for just a side of d wall wit 3600mm length will be... 3600mm ÷450(length of block) = 8blocks for just a row.. lets use 2 rows for d foundation and 13 for d super structure..
13+2=15×8=120
which means at least 120blocks will b used for just a side of d room wit no window
now. 120blocks × cost of a block which is 180naira.. = 21600 on blocks alone...
cement.. a bag of cement can b used for at least 60blocks = 2 bags of cement @ 2500naira = 5000naira
double load sand @20,000naira gravel or granite for blinding.. a load is abt 16,000naira labour....... water........
