It doesn't supercede the other. It only state who will be the candidate of the PDP. Which is still open to appeal.

A superior court has already ordered a rerun. The judgment of a lower court cannot have priority over that of a superior court. This is law basics.

Rotimi Amaechi vs INEC is a pre election matter and the said election was not nullified. It was only a party affair just like this case. This judgement would have only mattered if Ekwunife was still a senator, it has nothing to do with Victor Umeh, Apga or any other party that contested the election. Its a waste of time and money
