bro the new youtube policy is get 10000 views from a video or accumulated videos on ur channel then apply for monetization but when i did my own ..it was not 10k views...last year i was approved instantly because i am active....

which when approved you will be sent a pin to ur home address when u make 10usd...den you verify it ..then ads starts showing on the videos
