Ghanaian lady, Enam Heikeens who doubles as a nurse and model has taken it upon herself to be an ambassador for rare skin condition, known as vitiligo.

The 24-year-old explained that her skin and her likes are not less of a human. She said when she was in secondary school, her classmates had refused to play with her and it was really traumatising for her.

The courageous lady was taken to the hospital where doctors explained that she was very okay even though the rare skin condition was spreading fast.

Iamlaura I don't see y the emoji I used should bring up issues as I actually have friends with this condition and then this post kinda of reminds me of crazy tins they do. the emoji stuff isn't demeaning her in any way.

Please If you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything at all.
There are people living with this condition that visit this forum and we wouldn't want to hurt their sensitivities with some degrading and nasty comments.
We need to pay more attention to people's feelings for a change and stop being uncouth and savage all the time.

How can you say vitiligo is a disease? Its a skin condition. Dumb people everywhere.
