This topic has being discussed on several occasion. Jesus wasn't born on Christmas day(25th of December). That date was only converted to bring people to Christ. Although there are issues with that date but we shouldn't be bothered about it rather we should reflex on why Christ came to this world. He is coming again in glory to rapture his own. This are what we should reflex on aside merriment

Exactly. If we keep arguing instead of thinking about heaven, then we will wake up one day to see that rapture has taken place and many will not be raptures because of this. The Bible made it clear in 2 Tim 2:23 "Don’t have anything to do with foolish and stupid arguments, because you know they produce quarrels.
