Believe me when pork is prepared by an expert it is irresistible! First boil it with all the necessary ingredient i.e Onions, Ginger, Maggi. It contains a lot of fat, you can then fry it or grilled it in an Oven and use the boiled water for stew. Unbelievable! People avoiding pork because of religious reasons are missing a lot, If God himself taste a well prepared pork meat he will review his laws Lol. Same thing can be said of Hindus avoiding your beef meats.
