NBA suffers colonial hangover and we dont suffer Arabian and Jewish hangover? undecided undecided

Please if you cannot comprehend simple English, do not present my argument.

My argument is simple "Remove the entire Law School dress code as it is ridiculous and silly, revisit the laws of the law school itself and rework them because allowing hijab and leaving the dresscode like that is insane"

Now pick out your points from these arguements
Which Jews or Arabian culture are we still clinching on?

PLS don't mistake Islamic or religious doctrines as that of a particular state.

I am a muslim and I believe this issue is just for publicity. There are ways we could have done this legally or morally by muslim bodies to first call the attention of NBA through formal letter and we can even go to court to address it. Dont let people always see us as terrorist or trouble maker or Boko Haram by creating scenes where we can solve the problem like brothers and sisters. NBA is not a christian body. Some of our muslim brethren are also part of NBA and they have not been allowing this. Our duty is to call their attention before we break their rule. Islam means peace and we are warned in the Holy Quran to respect constituted authority.
lmao
Please sit down and shut up.

Don't claim what you are not and even if you are truly.

So the constitution is more important than the Quran??

It is clearly stated how a faithful Muslim woman should dress in the Quran everyday of her life.

And she choose to follow Allah commandents and prophet Mohammed (s.a.w) to the letter.

Please go and learn and practice more of the one true religion. Islam.

Your comment sounds so hypocritical.. I doubt you are even a Muslim as u claimed to be.

Yes Islam is peace ..Forbid everthing Evil and Enjoy Everything good.

Also We and the unbelievers can never be brothers and sisters, we can never be equals . we can only tolerate eachother for peace and sanity

MrMcJay:
Aloma Mariam Mukhtar was an Alhaja who was a Chief Justice of Nigeria. She used a head covering which showed her hair as commanded by Islam and her ears were visible as commanded by law.

There are tons of Muslim judges, SANs, lawyers and magistrates who are Alhajas but didn't follow this madness.

What I see about this whole matter is just plain mischief. There are 3 compulsory dinners every aspirant to the Nigerian bar must attend while in the Law School. This lady didn't use her hijab to any of them but decided to wear it for her call to bar. If she wore hijabs to her dinners, she won't have been allowed to participate.

The idea behind wearing hijabs is to cover your unclothedness. When you do so, you're obeying the religious commandment. It doesn't matter if you're doing so with hijab, a nylon bag or you're wearing a canopy.
pls tro more light on "3 compulsory dinners every aspirant must attendwhile in the law school" i did like to kniw the respective names of each dinner? thanks.
The Sultan is talking of hijabs here when his daughter who graduated from a University in the UK didn't wear a hijab. Since he's an Islamic leader, why didn't he allow her study law in Saudi?
Even Sani Yerima had his wife run to the US to give birth to his children after confusing paupers in Nigeria with his Sharia law.

These leaders would be pretending to be defenders of Islanm but they run to the US and UK when they want to give birth because they want to birth citizens. Why can't they go to Saudi?

Impunity has nothing to do with your actions, it is based on the context.
Why can't any of you guys come up with your own argument other than
appealing to the authority of countries who are trying to avoid being labeled
racist?

Is this a self-esteem problem that an action have to be justified with reference
to a western country?

There is nothing right about the path of threats, killing and destructions
coupled with inborn hatred of infidels.
