Someone else told me contrary to what you posted here that it is only the NEGATIVE contact and the POSITIVE contact that is to be experimented on, making sure the NEUTRAL is left alone....

I was in the process of doing ur way (that is rubbing the NEGATIVE and NEUTRAL) when he said I am doing it the wrong way, so to achieve the desired results I rubbed it ALSO on the POSITIVE thereby making all the contacts getting the 43% ethanol solution. Guess what my battery now doesn't charge more than 92%
