Fuji music star, Alhaji Sulaimon Alao Adekunle malaika, popularly known as Malaika is enjoying the euphoria of his 200 million naira Lekki house warming ceremony that took place on Sunday 10th December 2017 at Salvation Avenue, Kajola, Ibeju Lekki, Lagos.

The occasion was witnessed by lots of high esteem dignitaries who came from all works of life to honour the Fuji music star.

Global Excellence publisher, Mayor Akinpelu, and City People publisher, Seye Kehinde, Kunle Raheed, Charles Nwagbara, Tade Asifat also attended the memorable event with other well-wishers.

The truth is the property might not cost that much but valuer just put it that amount that is the secret in property.

For instance someone built a house with total cost of 10million bought the land and fees for 3million I bet you by the time that property is put on public dormain for sale you will hearing 40million or 50 million. If you are into property you will understand better but above all I congratulate him.

Wondering by many that fuji musician can built 200 millions naira worth of mansion but if it's all these Afro hip-hop musicians no one will doubt or questions his source of wealth.

Fuji musicians can afford more than this if it's a typical one that manages his wealth very well.

Malaika worth it because he's been singing since 20 years ago... with money he's earning through spraying on stage home and abroad with some advertisement's contracts from companies. may God bless my own hustle.

U make me laugh,this guys make alot from shows not CDs,if you go check thier instagram you il see most of them performing in different countries all year round,sometimes one big boy will invite them for his birthday bash in austria to come perform,they collect nothing less than 4-5million for such person,even more than,sometimes they have to fly thier band.......and they might perform in over 30-40 private birthdays a year,however am not disputing the fact that they might be into illegal stuffs,and then dont mind them,they sometimes hype the amount of their properties just so pple can say they balling,the house fit no pass 80million like that.
