Why not just utilize coal in North. Build the power plants call it a day. I guess that gas pipeline he approved is going to feed these plants. Having these pipelines isn't big deal considering the West African pipeline feeds Ghana plants. It needs to be more of a private sector endeavor or it will probably go nowhere in my opinion.
