This is an inhuman trestment mated on this man.

The neighbours would have first find out the reasons why the man beats his wife before this inhuman treatment.

In many developed countries, assault on his wife can put him in jail. Cos various women right NGOs will just carry the matter for head. The man's life will just be miserable.

you are correct but in nigeria there are no Appropriate Authorities, hence the people take laws into their hands, have you not heard that even the Appropriate Authorities in nigeria are the ones murdering and brutalising innocent nigerian? so were can one get justice?

He wouldn’t do it again, men who beat their wives, do that because, they believe they own her, and that they will get away with it.
