I am forced to ask because it would appear to me that they don't.
How do they react to police and army brutality, allegations of corruption, community feuds, fuel scarcity, strikes, criticism of government and so on ?
Are Buhari his ministers and appointees aware of what is happening in Nigeria ? Are the service chiefs? The IG and commissioners ? The governor's ?

I doubt it.
