OP, you didnt evaluate on what you mean by "pressing" at night, do you mean "sleep paralysis", if it is that, science have explained what sleep paralysis is. It's not a witch-craft, some africans still believe in Superstitions. What a pity.

All what you need when in sleep paralysis activity is distraction to fully wake up(there are many technique), if you call on Jesus Christ or Muhammad or Allah or Satan or Santa Claus, you will surely wake because you have distracted yourself from sleep paralysis. If you have sleep paralysis just call on santa claus, it will work!

I once goggle about this stuff when I once suffer from it ( almost every day, infact once in deep sleep be it a daytime or night). I was use to it and can tell u every step it takes. Whites (scientist) believe its fault from the body system while we black (Africa) believe its spiritually...we all stick to what scientist (whites) say because they post it in the internet for everyone see. tell me why whites won't view us black as inferior race. its all about package...
