Telecom industries and network shouldnt always be relied on for businesses in Nigeria, just 1 phone number is not enough and could cause one to hesitate handing a job over to you.

Thanks for taken out time to write us about your own concern, we really appreciate your opinion. But we think and also believed that the world over has been digitalized to an extent that no one really need to visit any one's office before he/she can transact business with any one or an organization. For example we've done lot of transactions both home and abroad without having a slight idea about the people or the organization office address. As the case may be, most of the client we have worked with so far has never met us or visited our office nor factory, those that visited are complete time wasters.

In case of the authenticity, I don't really think that is difficult to find out, I believe that if we are not genuine a lot of person would have come all out by now to our numerous thread here and raise alert or don't you think a lot of people would have fall victims by now If we are into shady/fraud business?

For the office; the address is on our FB page, though we are currently considering moving because the building has been bought over by some one else who wants everyone to move or pay more and also its under renovation. Thanks

Very terrible and crude.
I had reached out to this gentleman excited that I could get this service after wasting a whole day in aba.
Called him over the weekend as he said he only consults at home over the weekend. He not only didn't pick but did not return calls.
Monday morning he responds on WhatsApp asking me for the artwork, sensor, dimensions etc like as if I am an artist, even when I sent him a sample pix of what I wanted and asked him for a 'rough' quote not an exact quotation. Spent 30mins plus trying to explain to this gentleman all to no avail.
Others I talked to, sent me samples by whatsapp and adviced me on how to go about what I needed and costing.
Needs to improve CS skills.

Just like going to hospital and doctor told you to go and run a test/scan to know exactly what is wrong. Then later he ask for the result but the patient failed to provide any but still want the doctor to provid cure to the illness. We told you what we need to give you cost but you failed to provide us any. Then you started comparing us with other companies, which every organization has the way they function. If you have gotten what you wanted already elsewhere why still asking us? You only call to make inquiry but not to consult us. We appreciate you reaching out to us, but I don't know what you plan to achieve with this. I will not reply any message concerning this issue again. Mind you we are in Lagos not Aba. Thank you.
