am a cosmetologist n that means I know about cosmetics and their ingredients n uses.
when I see a person with hair breakage n thinning hair, the first thing I ask is "what kind of hair relaxer do you use?" regular or super or mild. When u do a chemical retouching do u shampoo your hair with a neutralizing shampoo or you have a regular one you use?. How often do u retouch? If it's an untreated hair then your only hair care routine is to shampoo, condition n always keep it moisturized.
