Merry Christmas momas.
My baby is 3 months today and like 2days ago. We noticed she doesn't want to take bottle (aptamil 1) again And she sleeps off at interval when sucking. Just worried cz I feel she's not full of late.

Ps. She doesn't get full on breastmilk alone before now

Pls what could be the cause and possible solution

Concerned DH

Dear concerned dad, I think your baby is ok. Sometimes babies slow down on their food intake maybe after a growth spurt. Please read up on wonder weeks. Your baby will not starve.
If you are very worried, take her to a paediatrician to rule out your worries.

I'm thinking portion control and abs/tummy exercises alone should work...
We can only try and see if it works...
Let me add that the hardest places to lose (from my experience) are tummy and arms. Their progress rate may seem slower as compared to other body parts so U go need to 'wear patience like a cloak while working on either of them' grin

I think the sweat might be the cause. try to change her when she sweats cos sweat turns into cold and enters the baby's body which is more dangerous.change her cloths when she sweats and apply Vaseline.
Oh really? I do change her clothes when I notice she's sweating, but maybe I should do it more often then. Ok, I'll try the vaseline, tho I used to feel that it'd contribute to the heat?

Thanks ma

OK... I forgot to add that I was waiting to wean my daughter b4 embarking on any weightloss ish, and thankfully she self-weaned at 10months+.

I do green tea and apple cider vinegar (or infused lemon water) on a daily to help detox my system, and I honestly don't know if that is good for a nursing mother

OK let me finally address this our weightloss issue

Naomi14 drag ur tiny legs here grin grin dunno y I just love teasing U grin

I guess a lot of us know about how I started my weightloss journey sometime in October this year, after I realised I had gained about 14kg (accumulated pregnancy and post-partum weight).
It was an 8 week program which ended on Saturday and I actually paid 7k for the duration of the program.
I successfully lost about 12.4kg (starting weight was 84kg and present weight is 71.6kg) with portion control and workouts, and my big belle has significantly reduced from 37 inches to about 32 inches (still a work in progress). My target weight was 70kg but I had to slow down in the last 2 weeks cos physically, I was OK with d way I looked [s]and my DH was worried about my nyash reduction [/s] (no b say I kuku carry Ikebe super b4 grin)
It wasn't easy cos I had to give up a lot food-wise and as a former foodie, I had to discipline myself a lot. The workouts were tough cos I'm a bit lazy but eventually, I got around to loving them when I started seeing results.

Biko, I'm not saying I'm a pro or an expert in weightloss issues, but with the little I've learnt, I'm willing to share with any mama who wants to shed some weight... If u wanna join the fitness guys I worked with, I'll share their details wt u do U can join any of their new classes.
But if u wanna try on ur own, I'm willing to help FOR FREE but it'll be on whatsapp so that we don't derail NL thread and get banned. I'll share food tips, workouts routines etc and we'll just encourage each other Shikena. cheesy

U can just mention me, and I'll take it up from there.
Oh mama I am so interested

I might sound like a broken record but next year is the year to go back to 65kg weight I so much enjoyed being....
Don't ask me my new weight o, only Coach Enque should be privy to such info
