The difference between Manutd's spending and City's on players this season is about 30million. So are u saying that that amount is the difference? City just bought better; that is all. And which of City's signings this season is a starter? Just 2: Ederson and Walker. The strenght of City is still with the Pellegrini squad: Aguero, Silva, Sterling, Fernandinho, Otamendi, Kompany. So it is more about coaching the squad to reach higher peaks than just the amount spent.

look at what you are saying city finished 4th the season Pep took over. All 4 fullbacks were average age of 32, CM were average of 31. Pellegrini fails to improve on the squad he met that's one reason Pep is still spending. And besides Mou spent and at the start of the season he said he was satisfied with his squad so what now transpired between now and them?? City form isn't just down to spending but spending smart, knowing what you lack and going for it. Now Pep knows he needs a CB and is going for one instead of other coaches to focus on their teams everyone keeps calling city like if city held their hands from buying
