You don't get the point. It's not about celebrating or not celebrating the news. In normal countries like Germany, the UK, the US, etc, when you hear news like this, you are 100% sure it would impact the society positively? The question you need to ask yourself is, how does this affect you and others positively? You and i know that this news does not mean shiit in a densely corrupt country like Nigeria. The news is like saying "we are the top nation in basket production and we will be using it to fetch water". As long as corruption exists in Nigeria at the level it is, it's people can never see any meaningful impact.

Look, we have gone through a lot lately and ANYTHING little positive should be celebrated. How does this trickle down to the masses? Well, does whose stocks performed would be able to create jobs and provide for their families. It doesn't cost much to invest in the stock exchange, the NSE is still one of the cheapest in the world.

I don't know if you know how it works in normal countries but that is not how they police compliance. Which is what Nigeria lacks. They ensure everyone is held accountable to the law.
