I've been in domain flipping business and that domain name can't fetch an extra dime. What's killer domain name is generally, a one word (English) dot com.

Google didn't ban your site. If Google bans a site, that site doesn't show up in Google index at all. I did a quick search on your URL, and I found that your site has many pages indexed.

But, as you rightly stated, your on-page SEO is poor. Permalink structure isn't cool at all. And it's understandable why you'll struggle with the rankings henceforth. But you can still make amends, anyway.

So, again, your site wasn't banned. What happened is that you lost your rankings for certain search queries because your on-page SEO is poor. And Google decided to favor sites that are better in that aspect.
