Belgian man who was exploring an abandoned quarry came across a stash of cars that had been hidden away since the start of World War Two.


Belgian PE teacher Vincent Michel described his amazement at coming across the rusting vehicles that had lain undiscovered for 70 years.


They were likely hidden at the quarry in central France at the start of the war to avoid them being requisitioned, and were forgotten about by the end.

The 56-year-old urban explorer said several of the cars have been sold, but most will have to stay where they are


Some have been pulled out to sell at auction, but most of the cars are still at peace inside the quarry, too damaged to move.

They could: 1]turn the site of the findings into a museum of sorts for people who love these sort of things. 2]give the cars a sort of rejuvenation or up-grade like the sort they do on MTV's "love-vendor My Ride" and auction them off to antique car collectors. 3]sell the cars' carcasses to metal buyers/dealers. #Ironkwondom Aluminiumkwondo Like those guys. My own problem here now is that why would anyone sane man decide he wants to go explore an abandoned quarry, what if he saw a ghost?

Exactly! 10 to 20yrs ago as teenagers, we were crazy about and wanted to ride our parents cars (with tough conditions, or codedly ). How many of such people want to be seen riding those cars today?

Even worse, 50yrs from now, people will wonder how come we built such ugly or funny-looking antique contraptions inorder to limit ourselves to driving on land . . . rather than fly.

Ocassions in secondary schools like Harvest, Inter house sport or end of the year party, the feeling when you are attending such ocassion with your guys in dads car.


My dad cruise V.Boot was strictly for palace, once in a month.



Steal the key, cruise the town with my chick and return the car before 4pm.

Park the car exactly the way dad parked it, sweep to clean the tyre tracks, return the keys and bribe my young ones to keep shut.
