some people no they fear at all, they will buy and put it on to frightening people.
some can use it to rob, imagine entering a bus in the evening/ night and it gets to a lonely place and the bus stops then someone putting on this jacket holding a small knife or cutlass comes out of the dark before he ask you for money you would have dropped what ever you have. also imagine collecting money from ATM at night and turning back you see someone with this jacket at your back even if he doesn't have intention of doing any harm maybe he wants to withdraw money but sighting someone with that jacket will make you beg him to take the money with you and leave you alone.
