I ordered an item on Aliexpress since November 23 2017, I received an email telling me in December 27th that my parcel has arrived destination country so I was waiting for a call or sms from the post office so I can go pick up the parcel but I received nothing.

On the 4th of January I tracked my order and saw that it was written that delivery has failed. I opened dispute and they said invalid that my order waited for me at the post office and was asked to contact the shipping company.

I don't know what to do now cause I don't even know how to contact the shipping company

if possible, tip the officer you find there mahn.

Make sure to extend the purchase period so that the transaction does not close. If they returned it according to the tracking information, the seller gets his item back and you can ask for a refund from aliexpress.
