You need a psychiatrist, not a psychologist.

OP, coming from someone who is extremely introverted, I will tell you that your introversion is something you have to accept. It's not something you can change about yourself. What you can do is find ways to make it work for you.

When you're with people (either at school or work) just turn a blind eye towards your introversion for that time being: engage with people when you have to and at the back of your head remember that you will soon get to be by yourself. I say this because I know how draining it can be for me when I'm with people for long periods of time.

Unfortunately we live in a world in which extroversion is much more valued than introversion. We introverts have to give ourselves the push just so we can be appreciated and seen too, which is hard because we don't like attention at all but we live in a social world and it is what it is.


As for your hatred towards women, maybe you have been hurt by a woman/ women in the past, forgive the hurt, let it go and move on.

Nigerians are so salty. Someone needs help and all you can do is insult him? I was expecting to see hospital addresses or useful contacts shiorr o. Psychology doesn't necessarily mean something is wrong with you. Sometimes a person just needs a knowledgeable individual to talk to without anxiety, fear or judgement. There's no shame in it
