On the issue of sponge, I once had that issue. When ds was born, mil used the local sponge on him, but it has been soaked in hot water and savlon before I got home. And I continued with the trend till he was three months old.

After that I decided to change his sponge and started making enquiries. I was advised by a dermatologist not to use sponge on him. I only use his soap and he has never had any skin ish. He is 16 mths old now.

Even on myself I use sponge once in a while. It isn't advisable to scrub a baby's body

My people, thank God for me ohh. I was admitted yesterday. It started like play like play, i broke my fast at 12pm then slept because i didnt go to work so that i can monitor my baby who was ill two days ago. When i woke up i started feeling uneasy so i had to puke myself to vomit. After the vomitting i started feeling shivering and my hands and legs became dried like cat fish. I was crying and rolling on the floor and my DD was crying too being the only one at home. I called DH via whatsapp video, called my mum and they advised that i should call my driver to carry me to hospital. When i got to hospital, i was wheeled into the emergency, took my blood samples,urine,stool and all and at the same time on drip, all these happened from 5pm-11:30pm yesterday evening. After the drip, i felt better and the result came back as urinary tract infection and that was how i was discharged. If i am telling someone in my office that i was admitted yesterday, do you know that they cant believe me because i am feeling much better now. This is a testimony that my God liveth. People in the house, help me thank God ohh!!! We shall not cry over any of us in jesus name.

Mothers in the house,,,please o....my baby 3 months plus is just bringing out teeth,,,,,,i noticed after 5days in the process she began to stool,,,,,after each meal she tools,,,,,now the stooling is up to 4days,,,,please ma's,could the stooling be as a result of the up coming teeth or its just any infection,,,,thanks............................ ;,,,,,,,,,,,,,,please ma,,,i notice i have a serious pile which brought out a small swolen at my anus,,,,,,,,Any idea on what I can do to prevent it,becs the sucking baby is also affected....thks ma

For the pile stuff, try and take enough water, very ripe pawpaw and I heard garden egg taken as the last thing at night does wonders too.
For your baby, maybe you should take her to see a paed. Try giving her ors and baby zinc tablet. Up your hygiene. Hth.

don't get scared let ur husband help with d suckling then massage with hot but not too hot water..cheers
