A neighbor and I ordered two phones of brand 06 MT6572 from Jumia on 8th December, 2017 for N19,030 each. We received the package this week but discovered that the phones were of version 4 but specified as version 6, the battery drains fast, the internal storage is not up to 9GB as specified and there is no 32GB T-flash card in the package which was also included in the phone's specification. We demanded a return but later received an email that only damaged or wrong items are eligible for the return. This was not what I expected after reading the full specs of the phone. I can't even use the phone because my old phone's battery life is better than it. Even worse is that my neighbor blames me for helping her do the purchase. See the screenshot of the phone's full specs below. Is there any Jumia staff here please help. Help please.

The internal storage of 8gb can't be completed since the phone is preloaded with different applications, also the 32gb written there is not included with the phone but the maximum GB you can use on the phone which is 32gb. For the battery!! I am not surprised ![]() |

Antina:Na waooo. But the internal memory was remaining just 2GB when I tried to move a video of 800 MB to it but it but displayed not enough memory. My phone has up to 5GB of internal storage capacity and there are lots of inbuilt apps. But it's unusual for the battery life of a new phone to drain faster even when there is no data connection. |

you weren't scammed bros Your phone is not 9gb sir, it's 8gb rom and 1gb ram They didn't say your phone is coming with 32gb card, it only shows that your phone can use memory card and the max size is 32gb The battery is not strong because it's only 2200mah. |

OHIsIManuEL:But my phone battery is 2000mAh but stronger than this new phone's. Well thanks for clearing my doubts. I've learnt the hard way. |

KingLander:It depends on the processor of your phone with 2000mah, the processor of this phone is pisspoor. That the battery life is very terrible is not rocket science. You don't have a case against jumia. |

Name and model is 06 MT6572 and you bought it. Asking question before purchase saves time and resources. A simple post on NL would have prevented this. Always Google the brand and model before deciding to buy. The reviews from previous users is priceless. Lesson learnt! |

even Bontel self.. Na so my guy Dey complain for me... anytime you want to buy phone go to google .read about the phone reviews from many top phone reviewers e g xiomitoday.com one of my best.. go to YouTube watch everything concerning it before you buy it.. like my leagoo m8 pro I never regretted buying it.. even my itel 1516 plus... I read about the cons and Pros before getting it.. my itel 1516 plus was just 19800 it has 5000 mah, otg feature.. 1gb, 8gb rom... d only lagging issue which everyone complained that it doesn't have fast charge you gat to wait for like 8hrs straight before getting to 100 percent which is 100 percent true and that is only what I hate about the phone but still on still my 50% is some peeps 4000 mah .lolx |
