Not really because you promote the lander URL then when people that action on the lander (click)/complete offer then you earn. Promoting just the offer URL is bad bcoz it will be seen as spam

Me too, I deals with maxbounty but na traffic method be the problem.

I know some guys and I got their contacts on my skype that knows how to create and get bing ads account for churn and burn uses.
They used to sell adwords and bing ads also.

I asked them for tutorials but they said I'll need to pay to get the course/tutorials.

I don't know if we guys can come together and bought the course.
