Is it necessary to outline the duties you performed while in yor ppa, or just list your Place of primary assignment and date?

I do not know if it is your first experience. State post and few responsibilities and duties

Did my nysc last year. Haven't worked in any organization before except a job(federal facilitated) i did last four years which didn't last up to two weeks. Anyone with secondary education could have done it. But i listed the responsibilities in my resume.
Now, my fear is that after stating post and responsibilities(for nysc), it would surpass the 1page rule needed for a resume.
