Normally once I reach 500k cash transaction per day they require I use OTP from the hard ware token.
Then above 5k recharge also require OTP from hardware token, so it can't happen to me.

Same thing happened to me and MTN IS telling me that I can't get a reversal. Even after speaking with their supervisor, they gave me a ticket ID that it would be worked on and nothing yet.
This is not the first time.
Am so upset with MTN...thinking of going back yo Etisalat network.
