At of the 2.7% vote he got from the south south, i can say Edo state gave him 2.5 or more than that. It is a pity that edo is yet to mention or boast of any federal project or appointment other than the mediocre minister of health. An insult and a negative history to people of edo state. Federal roads (benin-aboja, Benin-asaba, Benin-Abraka) in edo now death trap worse than he meet then. BEDC from epileptic power supply to worst. Infact no federal presence in Benin or edo state as a whole. What have Edo people done to deserve this ill treatment? He may win 2019 but certainly lose edo state caus of the injustice and devide he has brought upon our people. |

Ratello:You need to be realistic. If these individuals refuse to speak up and be persuasive when issues pertaining to them are at stake, why blame others for defending the interest of their people. For instance, when budgetary allocations to complete the reconstruction of the Lagos - Ibadan Expressway was diverted by the National Assembly to other things, why did SW law makers not shout and defend the project. The same goes for the provisions for the 2nd Niger Bridge, that SE law makers also conspired against. In a democratic dispensation, decisions are arrived at by building bridges and trade-offs. Your representatives should know this fact |

@Op:What was the basis of calculating those percentages? Were they based on the number of registered voters or the total votes cast in each zone or population of each zone or just on the total number of votes cast for Buhari? Some of you political statisticians on Nairaland are either so ignorant, uneducated, unintelligent or damn so stupid. If you do your calculations properly, you will see your statistics is wrong and deductions faulty. People are talking of good governance based on rule of law and fear of God but you are here writing about political appointments of individuals who are there to share the national cake which they did not bake. |

I will be disappointed if this hits the front page. This guy thinks Nigeria is an experiment. When people are thinking of how things can get better knowing the facts on ground, all you do is to create an atmosphere of unproductive argument. This category of people do not even get paid for this job. I suspect you're small in size. Na small people dey give issues all the time. Little man. Abeg let's massively snub this guy's post. He's deliberately playing on people's IQ.. Haba! |

sarrki:Illiteracy is nothing but a disease. Oga, take it or leave it, if Ministerial appointments are not constitutionally entitled to each state, your god would have taken the whole thing to the North. Oga, go to Benue, Taraba, Adamawa and Southern Kaduna and tell them since Buhari appointed their brother as Minister, they should vote him back. Anyway, don't forget to list the other 17 appointments from SE. Please don't mention PA. |

Your maths in percentage doesn't add up ![]() Maybe the remaining 1.1% was rigged since it has no region......note that 1.1% is very significant and close to what SE gave PMB according to your analysis ![]() sarrki: |

Retweeted Senator Shehu Sani (@ShehuSani): If you once celebrated Father Mbaka for telling you what you like and now he is now telling you what you don't like, please be courteous and don't insult or attack him. It's natural for people not to agree all the time. .....If Buhari didn't win in 2015, we would have thought by now that Nigeria would have been like London. Thank God he won for everyone to know that he can't perform Magic. Buhari said he does not know anything called subsidy. You clapped. He later paid subsidy. You clapped again. He said he would never devalue the Naira. You clapped. He devalued the Naira. You clapped. He said he will make N1 equals to $1. You clapped. $1 is officially equal N360. You are still clapping. He said he will make petrol price to N40, you clapped, Now petrol price is N145, you clapped and do protest in support. He said he would turn all presidential Jets to national carrier. You clapped. Today, he and his family are cruising on all presidential Jets. You are clapping. He said he would build one new Refinery each year. You clapped. Its getting to three years, no Refinery has been built. You are still clapping. When he cancelled Military road blocks, you clapped. When he asked them to go back, you clapped. When PMB promise to end Medical tourism, you clapped. When he spent months in the UK hospital and allowed local doctors on strike, you clapped. And as I am typing now, some are still clapping at the fuel station. |

sarrki:Its because many African leaders don't pass through the real test of building smaller institutions or organization that made most of them don't like criticism. Many of us including myself, few months ago were here bombarding GEJ administration without any fear or intimidation, today the story has changed. As a leader you must be ready to face opposition and critism and your job is to manage the narrative to the populace. Anyone that critize this government should never be tag enemy of the state. With all the strong performance of the USA economy, see all the critism that Trump face daily. Time has come when African leaders should emulate the real tenets of democracy. @sarki what we that supported this government at this moment should be talking about are the achievements made so far. These are what we ought to use as our campaign points as elections draw near. Let us celebrate our achievements as this is what Nigerians expect from us and not repeating the opposition narrative. At the end of the day regardless of who make up this government, the real deal is ..are Nigeria better off? Did we deliver on our campaign promises? I wish you better days ahead. |
