Well, considering the fact that referring to Nigeria as a zoo does little to solve its problems......i wonder at your insuination.

The police problems can only be solved if the people who produce the police respect human rights, and if we can get over the colonial hangover..so to speak. (The police began as an instrument of colonial persecution)

I recide in kaduna and hardly do we hear about SARS committing atrocities the way they do in the east and south west,they're mostly stationed on the highways,hardly do you see them in the cities.to be candid, it's almost like they're non existent in our side of the divide
