Location: Victoria Island
Job Title: IT/Admin

Job Responsibility:
- Installation/Maintainance of system software and Hardware
- Implementation of network infrastructure
- Server administration and maintenance
- Email administration/Monitoring
- Internet Security
- Secure network passwords
- Perform basic diagnostic and routines
- Setup equipment such as Laptop, desktop printers and other ICT equipment
- Manage domain and CPanel services
- Monitor and implement network subscriptions
- Procurement of ICT equipment/consumables
- Repairs of ICT equipment
- CCTV maintenance/monitoring
- Perform other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time

Skills Requirement:
- Ability to work independently to troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, identify and isolate technical issues
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Integrity and keen attention to detail
- Good computer skills
- Service minded

Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher within information technologies, or substantial working experience
within relevant fields
- At least 2 years of relevant experience within the ICT technical field
