My honda accord 97 model it has a transmission problem pls can some one help me out? if i shift to D4 after i start moving when it select the next gear then the gear could be free or kick down by him self. After when i lift up my foot on the throttle the gear will continue selecting.
While i'm driving i notice dat after when i come to the hill the gear will not automatically reduce until I kick down pleas can some one hell me.

What oil did you use on the gear?

ATF Dexron IIID, is that what I can continue used it or i should chenge the the product?

That's what destroyed your gear. All those seahorse red cans fluids are fake. There is nothing like 111d. It is III, III g and iii h before dexron vi and before that you have dexron II e, dexron ii and dexron II d and last is type a. Drain the oil and look for truvalue atf Dex III .

You need to have your car checked by a competent tech. Don't start with changing the oil. He needs to see what the computer is commanding first.

When i ran OBD will read the code?

That is true but how many 97 models will still have their obd system in good order?

There is an alternative to ODB, as per codes, but not PIDs

I guarantee you my OBD Port is in order i wil try to ran diagnostic to detect the fault, but bross speed sensor fit couse the problem?
