Adesina bow tie has restricted his blood flow. Private investment is what will drive African development not NGO, foreign body grants. Over 1.5 billion dollars from private investors has been frozen in Ivory Coast by the ouattara govt. He has not said one word, despite being based in Abidjan and continually appealing for private investment in agriculture.
