I am neither unfortunate nor is this a co-incidence. This happened with two Infinix zero phones in a row. Maybe their other phones perform better. I have other phones I have been using for years with no issues , including a 2nd generation iPhone. My sibling is still using a Nokia I passed on for more than 3 years with no issues. other users also have similar complaints of Infinix zero. IMHO Infinix zero is not a good buy.

Man! I have been using Infinix for about two years now and still fine... You are either unfortunate or something.... Are you basing your decision on just your one-time experience? I have had two Samsung devices that didn't last up to a year each... Am i gonna say Samsung is bad? Obviously No

Infinix phone is good and reliable... I have been using my hot note till now no problem enjoying my gaming

Infinix phones are not as bad as some people try to portray them. Like any other manufactured items, there will be a few defects. Some people have been using Infinix Zero and other phones from Infinix for a long time without any problems. However, there are some who buy a phone and it starts malfunctioning the next day. This happens even with top-level brands such as Apple & Samsung. Do you remember what happened with the Samsung Galaxy Note 7? Well, this also happens with Infinix sometimes. Infinix phones are great!
