very ridiculous, the headmen need reorientation and education. they've been living without any basic education and orientation since 100bc uptill this 21st century. its really affecting them, its high time our government pay them special attention lest they behave wild and uncontrollable. Let government tame them with education and enlightenment, Gej introduced Al Majeri schools to an eloquent testimony, Buhari should take up nomadic education for the herdsmen and get them educated.
