Sir why didn't u terminate the columns at lintel for the build below?
Because i dont think there is a roof beam..
Isn't it against best practice to terminate a column without a beam or lintel as the case maybe?

We didn't do that cos the initial plan was to have a concrete fascia(parapet) but you know how it goes when you have to cut costs.

Because i always see people using columns for bungalows always terminate it with lintel if they are not doing roof beam.
