I bought some things from the US, my cousin bought them on my behalf (i sent the money to him and he bought them)
after buying them he suggested a shipping company owned by his friend kakah Enterprise and he told me dey just recently started and that made me scared . After he had purchased the items he picked them up and kept the in his house for some time before taking it to Houston from Austin as i insisted on using shoptomydoor.
First sign something was wrong was that the items got listed at prices way below their purchase prices even though my cousin had attached a copy on the purchase invoice to the goods. I called shoptomydoor and had them change the purchase cost to reflect the real thing just to avoid any problem later. Then one item's shipping dimension(weight) was ridiculosly higher than the suppose shipping dimension and i called shoptomydoor concerning that too, only for them to tell me what i see is what i get and that to have the item re-weighed i would have to pay $8.40 and that when they re-weigh they will send me photos of it. Only for me to receive a mail days later that the weight of the item as shown included a crating which they never told me about and I asked for photo evidence as they had said, but since 19th Sept, 2017 till date I haven't received any photo evidence.

I went ahead to make payment for Ocean shipment for my good on the 29th Sept, 2017 and the system gave me an ETA of Mon Nov 13, 2017.
Before making payment I had called a customer service agent who gave me the bank account and assured me that the items will be shipped out the following thursday. I tell you, that was a big lie. I made serveral calls when the status of the shippment didnt change from "processed" in a long time, I was told they couldnt ship out until they had a full container load and I complained that had they told me that, maybe i would have opted for air shipment or I would have used a different service all together. After plenty waiting, the items finally got shipped out on 14th Nov, 2017 and the tracking number was updated on my page. I tracked the container which eventually docked at TINCAN on the 21st Dec, 2017 and I tell you since 21st till now my package has not been given to me i was told on one telephone conversation that I will recieve my items on or before 15th Jan 2018, only for me to call on the 15th and was told that my items were packed into two boxes and that only one arrived, that the other one was still in transit. I was greatly dissappointed at their lack of professionalism in dealing with coustomers, how could they have placed my items in two different shipments and only furnished me with tracking details of one? In anyway I asked for the tracking number of the other container and as i write this today 21ST Jan, 2018 I have not received any tracking number for the "other" item even though i have made several calls to shoptomydoor.
I regret ever using shoptomydoor.
BTW my cousin who bought my items later bought a TV and some other house hold electronics just like mine and sent using his friends service KAKAH ENTERPRISE and they since arrived in the first half of December.[/s]

My Goods have been delivered, and in compensation for the delay, shoptomydoor offered to deliver the items from Lagos to Benin and also promised a discunt on my next shipment.

This is bad but i believe they will deliver all.. customer service is poor that i noticed.

This people are thief and a big scam , i have issue with them too.. today making the 22 days i paid them for shipment of phones which the invoice is included , I was ask to provide a invoice and a screen shot of credit cards and bank statement ... I have proved and i was even threaten by them( i have email evidence) first i was told that the dimension of my goods is not shown in the invoice they have with them after 18days i paid them without hearing anything from them no email nor calls .... after they keep asking me for credit cards screen shot and bank statement.. I have not heard where goods have been ship with those kind of information the only thing they need is invoice cause i have used fedex, usps, ups before and the only thing i provide them is invoice. I paid this people $150.32 for shipping including custom clearance... I ask the buyer of the phone to contact them still yet they are still asking me for the credit card screen shot.. Pls what do they need the credit card information for? They keep hanging calls on me now and each time i ask them question they keep dodging the questions... This people are thief and i am not sure they are legit company ...I made a mistake not doing research on them before using them .. My first time of using shoptomydoor is a very bad and cruel one ... i advice people not to use them again cause they are thief.. Return my good they to where it coming from yet they cannot... i even said i will provide a return label still yet they want credit card screen shot. I have write them severally and call but all to no avail . Release my goods or be expose to the world

We have been in communication with you regarding your items. We saw that there were quite a number of discrepancies which prevented us from shipping out your package further. We requested for some documents for verification, however, you have been unable to provide necessary details. Hence, a return will be worked on to the seller where the items were bought from. This will be done within 48 to 72 working hours and all updates will be communicated to you.

I had this issue too and I was quite surprised, I had to visit their office at banana close ajao estate to confront them, then I was told it was for fraud check, showed them my credit card, and I was told that they would get back to me some days later I think about 5 days I got an sms saying the items I bought from Amazon was ready for pickup, I guess cos of all the scams going on around that was why they told me to send a picture of my credit card, I used them frequently though hope I don't have any issue with them cos for now I am okay it their services

I have used them a couple of times and I never had this kind of issue though. They mentioned to me that they had to do a fraud check process and needed to see my credit card, which I just took a picture of and sent to them, and that was pretty much it. I got all my stuff in one piece!

Omo leave matter, if they ask for a snap shot of your CC number…give it to them . They are not asking for your pin or any other secret security detail. We all know wetin dey? if na Gee , guy dey under. no expose your self abeg.

My item has been delivered to the US warehouse and signed for by 1 ABDUL. Since then no update has been made on my item after promising on their website that shipment will be within 24 to 48hrs. They dont answer calls on weekday working hours. They have not replied mails, whatsapp messages, twitter msgs. The Facebook page promised to look into but still no update. Seeing all the comments i regret using shoptomydoor. I am now afraid of d alleged bogus charges and wish i had used amazon shipping directly.

Good day sweetsparkle101, we are sorry that you had to go through this, when items below 10lbs are received in our warehouse we have them shipped out immediately to Nigeria to be updated here. However, notifications are sent to customers before this is done. please provide us with your registered email and unit number so we can look into this immediately.
