Good for him. If PDP puts him there, they can still put another person to replace him.

Olamide George already left PDP after the Ondo gubernatorial elections in 2016. He only made it official yesterday.

It's a pity he has disappointed thousands of common Ondo youths, especially Akure residents and most importantly Oba ile people who gave him all their best during his struggles while with Dr. Segun Mimiko and his early stint at the state's house of assembly.

To people who still think these guys think and care about them, you are on a long thing. Wise up and do the needful.

Presently, I expect the youths and the learned in his Akure North constituency express their displeasure against his defection and start the process for his recall or a strategic, political move to stop his reelection come next year.

He is gunning for the speakership position.

Everybody dey look for wetin belle go chop. I don't blame the man jare. With PDP out of power in Ondo State, his continual remaining in the party means starvation for him and his dependants. The earlier the decision the better so that there will be enough money and food on his table via possible political appointment.

Nigerian politicians just decamp for selfish reasons without any iota of ideology or conviction, decamping of elected officials while still in office for whatever reasons should be stopped if truly we wish to develop our democracy n governance.

Please people! Election is around the corner , please lets turn the tables on this old an evil politicians that use human lives as pawn to perpetrate their evil schemes and agendas.
The truth is APC/PDP all belong to the old order of things which is "it's either their way or the highway" but we can pull a joker on them and reject voting any of their candidates.
Let's look for fresh, intelligent, brilliant and educated person(s) to fill our Senate, and House of assemblies, we know the good ones in our community, this are the people we should push out and vote for.
Buhari belongs to the old order and so does atiku, we the people should recognize our strength, let's us remove the scales of tribalism and religious sentiments that this animals at the top use to cover our eyes. Let's stop hating each other cos we all want the same thing. Which is a great country.
Buhari ruled your father's at some point, without any legacy left behind, atiku was a key part of 8years of obasanjo administration without any meaningful development, so why should they force us to select from this incompetent lots.
