Got into a business (with written agreement) but the person doesn't want to give me my part of the business (poultry). It all started last year(2017) when I gave him money to buy birds for me which he will get 20% from each sales, the first set I got nothing because he told me almost all the birds died after telling me 3 days earlier he has started sales and all was going fine. I didn't believe him but he agreed to replace them, which I agreed to but fast forward to December 2017 he started giving excuses again saying the people who bought the birds didn't pay, not until I involved his sister who in turn told their mum about it. The guy got upset when his mum spoke to him about it, he finally gave me a little part of the money and promised to give the rest in days time.

It's been weeks now but nothing from him and he doesn't pick my calls anymore, his Sister said she doesn't want to meddle anymore which means he threatened her.

Few days back I had a chat with him ,I told him the business wasn't a hidden stuff and now that I'm having issues with him I can't keep it hidden and he made the statement "[b][/b]INVOLVE THIRD PARTY AND SEE THE RESULTS".

I feel threatened by this statement, please I need advise on how to tackle this because I wanted involving the police.

Please what do you guys think about the statement he made??

Haba.....get him arrested, Pay extra to 'em police for proper drilling..... by the time he's taken care of, he will never dishonour by agreement again....


He's only trying to scare you... man up and deal with him.... take it legal and lose nothing!


And next time you wanna do something or take action(s), don't let your enemy to know your plans, as he/she might be planning a counter move ahead....

That's because you speak up your plans.... When you speak out ur plans, you literally show off your weakness.......


Just go ahead and arrest him, get a lawyer and appeal the case....If he's charged to court and you have evidence to all the agreements and payments made to his account and so on... he will pay for the damage and will be remanded....


Just man up!!! And don't back out when you begin the fight.... ensure that you get your money back and make him sign an undertaking over any attack... Show the police the threats messages!
