Developed countries sell these buildings to estate developer to build something more modern on the land.

You need to see the badly state of a govt secondary school along that Sango Poly Rd IB .

The major gate/fence, Class rooms, Hall.. Infact, almost everything in that school are physically damaged and dirty!

There should be proper measures to secure and maintain all govt properties especially schools in our country.
